As part of the CUMA 2 project, 20 young people completed a six-month training programme combining theoretical and practical instruction, with 16 trainees receiving certification upon completion. The training programme was enhanced by field placements, educational visits, and modules covering crop and livestock production, agroecology, beekeeping, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Support for integration continued through the Youth Integration Fund, which supported the agricultural projects of 10 young people in the form of loans, supplemented by technical and organisational guidance. Environmental awareness campaigns strongly engaged local communities. Reforestation days were organised in seven villages, resulting in the planting of 490 trees, and the environmental citizenship programme allowed 23 students to participate in a week of educational activities dedicated to environmental protection.

In terms of infrastructure, the year was marked by the construction of a sheep and goat barn, the continued equipping of the aviary, the expansion of the library, and the installation of a solar power plant. ALFANG also undertook a strategic review aimed at strengthening its economic model and governance.
